The home page is a new place for consumers to shop and browse; they can more easily search by location and add products directly to their cart. We’ve also refined our messages to consumers and improved the checkout experience. Sales Reports We have finally (finally!) introduced a sales report where you can see your sales each day – and give you a breakdown of sales per schedule. Unlike the Distributions report, the Sales Report is simple – when did you make the sale? We know this will be critical for many of us still filling up our CSA programs and looking to balance shares between locations.
Promotions They are back! A long, long time ago … we had coupon codes. And then we completely remade GrownBy and they disappeared. Well, they are back and just in time for this season. You can add as many coupons and promo codes as you like and assign them percentage or dollar values; we also built in some handy reports for those of you offering discounts that are supported by grant dollars.
Easier Ordering for Customers Placing an order for your customers and sending invoices is even easier with many changes to our Order Creator. Share Template Working as Expected
Shares built on templates will now show up as the same product in Sign-in Sheets and distribution reports. We hope this will make things a little simpler at harvest and pickup. Customized Email Notifications Your Schedule Notes and Message for Missed Pickup (CSA Groups) are now visible on customer order reminder emails.
